Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic Delivery:
• Standard Delivery: 4 to 5 business days

• International Delivery:
• Standard Delivery: 10 to 12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3-4 Days. 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to PAN INDIA. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Enfance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Enfance is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
